While the quality of graphics are the same for both premium and free templates, Premium Templates are more extensive in design and contain more elements than a free template. Premium templates include stock photos that you would see on the preview images, however, stock photos aren’t included in the free templates.

All templates on Premade Pixels are designed using Adobe Photoshop. Some templates (Business Cards, Letterheads, stationery items etc.) maybe designed using Adobe Illustrator. Download a Free Trial of  Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator:

Yes!!! No questions asked, all templates are designed using Industry standard specifications and are ideal for printing and for web usage. Our templates are trusted by thousands of buyers and users. You’ve got nothing to worry about. 

Yes! You’ll need to create a user account to start downloading. It takes seconds to create a new account. 

If you are a NON-MEMBER, there are NO limits to the templates you can purchase.
If you are a member, you can download 1 template a day only. Please see our memberships for more details. 

Yes! and frequently too. Subscribe to our newsletter and you’ll get to know when we have our discounted sales. 

We do accept requests for templates you’d like to see on the website. If you want an exclusive template design for your project, head on over to our Design-Project page where we accept custom projects.

At the moment we only accept payments via Paypal

No! You cannot resell the templates or modify the templates and resell them. You can use them for your projects both personal or commercial. 

Cancelling PayPal Subscriptions Please also see this article on 1. Log in to your PayPal account. 2. Click the ‘Settings’ icon at the top of the page. 3. Click Payments. 4. Under ‘Manage Upcoming Payments’, click Pre-approved Payments. 5. Use the filter to select the seller whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel. 6. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on digital goods (templates). Once you download a template, it’s yours. This is because while digital products can be downloaded they cannot be returned like a physical product, and the same goes for any digital services offered.

This happens when the required fonts are not yet installed on your computer. Fixing this error requires that you install the required fonts.

Tip: If the error appears, Click “Cancel” and install the required fonts.

Where can I find the required fonts?

Each template has the required fonts listed on the item page or in the Documentation folder included in the download. Alongside each of the required fonts will be a download link for non-system fonts. Reach out to our support team if you face issues. 

Prices may vary for Premium Templates. Prices are usually constant for Non-Exclusive Templates. 

Yes! If you are unable to make a payment or having issues while downloading a template.
